Sauðagull produces high quality food products from Icelandic sheep milk. Sauðagull is a family run company, located in Fljótsdalur Valley. We milk our own sheep and offer exclusive products- cheese, ice cream and pralines from the milk.

Sheep milk?
Sheep milk was used in Iceland until the turn of the last century and seen as a valuable food in the household as sheep milk is one of the most nutritious milk types available worldwide. The tradition of milking sheep in Iceland has however vanished with a change in farming strategies. With our products we keep the old traditions alive and give them a modern twist. We focus on using only natural ingredients in our products and everything is without artificial preservatices, colorants or taste enhancers.
